Day 1

Arrival & Opening Ceremony

Arrive, settle into your villa, and join a sunset meditation and Balinese water blessing ceremony.

Day 2

Dawn Yoga & Beginner Surf

06:00 – 16:00

Sunrise yoga on the beach, then a three-hour beginner surf session at Kuta with certified instructors.

Day 3

Intermediate Surf & Sound Healing

07:00 – 20:00

Intermediate surf session at Echo Beach, afternoon pool rest, and evening sound-healing circle.

Day 4

Advanced Surf at Padang Padang

06:30 – 18:00

Advanced surf at Padang Padang (Eat Pray Love beach), followed by a plant-based Balinese cooking class.

Day 5

Final Yoga & Closing Ceremony

07:00 – 21:00

Morning yin yoga, gratitude journal circle, then a farewell Balinese feast under the stars.
